BOOKING
1.On receiving your booking requests and deposits ,your contract with Trunkbox Voyages will exist between us when we have confirmed you our tour/booking.
2.All correspondence in respect of tours/ travel services bookings should be in favour of TRUNKBOX VOYAGES.
3.The tours are operational only from Chennai airport.Travelers will have to reach chennai at their own cost from their hometown.
PAYMENTS
1. For the services contracted,50% of the package cost and actual flight charges ( Airfare to be paid full at one time in advance )should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis.
2.Balance amount should be paid on or before 5 days of the commencement of your tour.
3.Based on the nature of services and time left for the commencement of travel services,we hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment.

All in favour of TRUNKBOX VOYAGES.
All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.Bank charges if any,for remittance should be strictly borne by the payer.
RIGHTS TO AMEND THE ITINERARY IF NECESSARY
1.Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized.
2.Incase of events and circumstances beyond our control,we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well – being of our esteemed passengers.
POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION/NO SHOW/ EARLY DEPARTURE
1.In case of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable circumstances ,we must be informed in writing . If due to unforseen circumstances,the passengers do not show up on the date of departure at the starting point ,the tour stands cancelled and there will be no total refund.
2. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the letter in writing.
3.Cancellation charges will be as follows
a. More than 20 days before the tour/services – 10% of the package cost .
b.Between 11 and 19 days before the tour/services – 20% of the package cost.
c.Between 6 and 10 days before the tour / services – 50% of the package cost.
d.Less than 5 days – NO REFUND.
For unused hotel accommodation ,transportation and missed meals etc .we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
REFUND
1.With regard to refund of unused/ unutilised services,the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the amount would be refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.
2.Please note that the refund process may take 2 to 4 weeks due to banking procedures.
3.If the refund is made to the credit card account / bank Ac ,the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS
1.Please note that after the finalisation of the tour /service cost ,if there is any hike in entrance fees of the places to visit,taxes ,fuel cost or guide charges by the government of India ,the same would be charged as extra.
2.All itineraries are sample itineraries ,intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule.Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail.We reserve the right to change any schedule in interest of the trip participant’s safety , general well- being.
3.We shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards,flight cancellation ,accidents,breakdown of machinery or equipments ,breakdown of transport ,weather ,sickness ,landslides ,political ,closures or any untoward incidents.
4.We shall not be responsible for any loss ,injury or damage to persons ,property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation ,transportation or other services resulting – directly or indirectly – or any act of God ,dangers ,fire,accident ,civil disturbances,epidemic or any other cause beyond our control.
5.We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident,sickness,loss due to theft or any other reasons.All baggage / personal property at all times are at client’s risk.
HEALTH
1.Any person who has contagious disease is forbidden to travel,any person found during the tour with such a disease with be asked to leave the tour and will have to make their own arrangements to return home.
